Ingredients
- (1 lb) Ground Beef
- (1/2) Onion
- mini bell peppers
- (2 cloves) garlic
- (2 cloves) garlic, minced

- (1 tsp) Red Chile powder
- (1 tsp) cumin
- (1/2 tsp) paprika
- (1/2 tsp) garlic salt
- (1/2 tsp) onion powder
- (1/4 tsp) oregano
- (to taste) salt and pepper
- (1 cup) shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
Directions
- Cook the Ground Beef:
- In a pan, sauté the ground beef with onion until the meat is browned through. Season to taste with your preferred seasonings.
- Prepare the Mini Bell Peppers:
- Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
- Slice the tops off the mini bell peppers and cut them in half.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with PAM or olive oil spray.
- Spoon the cooked hamburger meat into each half of the bell pepper, then top with shredded cheese.
- Air Fry the Stuffed Peppers:
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for approximately 10 minutes, keeping an eye on the cheese to prevent burning.
- Make the Guacamole:
- In a bowl, mash the avocados and mix in lime juice, garlic salt, and onion powder to taste.
- Prepare the Dipping Sauce:
- Combine hot salsa with Greek yogurt or sour cream to create a creamy dip.
- Serve:
- Once the stuffed peppers are done, top them with guacamole and serve along with the salsa mixture for dipping.
