Grilled Steak Gorgonzola Salad
Delicious Steak Salad perfect for summer full of flavor

Ingredients

  • Top Sirloin Steak
  • (1 Tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
  • (1/2 cup) Olive Oil
  • (1/2 tsp) Dijon Mustard
  • (1/4 tsp garlic powder) Garlic Powder
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled
  • (to taste) Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic, minced
  • Spinach
  • Black Beans
  • (3 Tbsp) Balsamic Vinegar
  • (1/2 cup) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • (1 tsp) Dijon Mustard

Directions

  1. Marinate the Steak: Ideally, marinate the steak for 3-4 hours. In a small bowl, mix the marinade ingredients. Place the steak in a gallon zip-lock bag and add the marinade. Seal and shake to coat.
  2. Prepare the Balsamic Vinaigrette: While the steak marinates, mix the balsamic vinaigrette ingredients in a separate bowl.
  3. Grill the Steak: After the steak has marinated for at least 30 minutes, start the grill. Grill the steak for 4 minutes on each side for medium rare.
  4. Rest and Assemble: Once cooked, place the steak on a plate to rest. Meanwhile, assemble your salad, topping it with sliced steak, Gorgonzola cheese, and vinaigrette.
  5. Leftovers: If there are leftovers, they can be deliciously repurposed in a wrap for lunch the following day.
