Need something quick? Grab 1-2 packages of stew meat or steak and marinate. I love my metal skewers!
Ingredients
- (1-2 lbs) Stew Meat
- zucchini
- Bell Peppers
- 1 onion (or another favorite veggie)
- (1/4 cup) Olive Oil
- (1/4 cup) Soy Sauce
- (3 cloves) garlic, minced
- (2 tbsp) lemon juice
- (3 tbsp) Worcestershire Sauce
- (2 tbsp) Lemon juice
- (2 tbsp) red wine vinegar
- (1 tbsp) dijon mustard
- (1 tsp) pepper
Directions
- If using wooden skewers, place them in water to soak for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Place beef in a gallon-size Zip-loc bag.
- Mix all marinade ingredients together and pour over the beef in the bag. (Place the bag in a dish to catch any leaks.) Remove as much air as possible and seal. Refrigerate and marinate for 3-6 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (450-500°F).
- Prepare vegetables by cutting them into 1 1/4 inch pieces. Spread them on a cutting board or pan, drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
- Thread marinated steak and vegetables onto the skewers. Discard any leftover marinade.
- Grill kabobs for 3-4 minutes per side (all four sides) for medium-rare to medium doneness.
